Processing of personal data
Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected:
- Information about the browser type and version used
- User’s operating system
- The internet service provider of the user

- Websites from which the user’s system reaches our website
- Websites accessed by the user’s system via our website
The data is also stored in the log files of our system.

The data is collected for the purpose of receiving the newsletter. We use rapidmail from rapidmail GmbH, Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg i.Br., Germany, to send newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of newsletter subscription will be stored on Rapidmail’s servers in Germany. Chatbot
We use the chatbot “melibo” of ThinkingTech GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstädter Str. 5, 64625 Bensheim, Germany to answer questions.
When using the chatbot, personal data such as name, e-mail and telephone number may be collected.
Every time the chatbot is accessed, the dialogs are stored in a log file, no IP addresses and browser data are stored. This data is not personal and does not allow the identification of the chat users. They are used solely for the purpose of improving dialogues and for error analysis and are not passed on to third parties.
The transmission of your questions and analysis data to via the chatbot is carried out securely by SSL encryption (transport encryption). Access is protected by firewalls that prevent unauthorised access from the outside.
